520 _aExamines two recent High Court decisions "Pontsarn Investments Ltd v Kansallis-Osake-Pankki" 1992 and "PosTel Properties Ltd v Greenwell" 1992 upholding the principle that an expert`s decision is legal and binding and cannot be challenged in a court of law. However it is pointed out that in the `PosTel Properties` case, the parties would be entitled to apply to a court for a declaration as to the proper construction of the rent review clause.
