520 _aChD 7 February 1992. The plaintiff (A) sought rectification of a Gladstone v Bower agreement which expired one day after the end of the period approved by the minister. The Defendant (M) counterclaimed that his tenancy was protected by the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 on the grounds of having been granted exclusive possession of the land. A`s declaration for the licence to commence one day later was allowed. This granted M a tenancy agreement under Agricultural Holdings Act 1948 s3.
