| 520 | _aQBD 30 April 1992. In 1983 outline planning permission was granted for erection of a dwelling. Full planning permission for a dwelling on a larger site comprising the original outline site was implemented. In allowing an enforcement notice on appeal, the Inspector applied the Pilkington principle declaring that the two permissions were incompatible. The High Court criticised the Inspector`s interpretation of Pilkington and asked for the case to be referred back to the SoS. | ||
