520 _aLTS 23 August 1991. A tenant (F) applied to E to purchase a council house which she occupied. F also occucpied for business purposes a nearby portacabin under the same lease. F`s application was refused. E had been operating a `special needs policy` of providing residential accommodation with a lease of business premises to help promote business and employment in the area. Tribunal held that, as at the date of the application the house was let in conjunction with business, trade or professional purposes in terms of Housing (Scotland) Act 1987 s68(4) and accordingly had no right to purchase.
