520 _aCA 31 July 1992. It was held that a landlord, who lost rent when his property was damaged by a motorcyclist, could claim loss of rent against the motorcyclist. "Rust v Victoria Graving Dock Co" (1887), cited by the appellants, in which a reversioner could only sue in respect of damage, which would continue to affect the property after the reversion of the lease, was not found to be applicable to this case.
