Interim orders were granted on T`s application under Insolvency Act 1986 s252. L peaceably re-entered the premises. T appealed against the decsion in the county court that L had not waived right to forfeit by claiming rent and re-entering, and that they did not require leave under the 1986 Act to forfeit the lease. Appeal dismissed. | ||
