520 _aCA 26 October 1992. A proposed at Lands Tribunal three figures to determine compensation for the compulsory purchase of a dentists` surgery. A`s surveyor proposed a value of £720,000, presupposing office use of the existing buildings; H claimed £365,000 would be appropriate on the same grounds. LT rejected A`s other figures, but adopted a fourth of £717,000. This was contested on the grounds that as it had not formed part of the original case, H had been given insufficient opportunity to challenge. H`s appeal allowed and the matter remitted to LT for a further hearing.
