| 520 | _aQBD 19 March 1992.The council refused planning permission for six houses, the grounds being that they considered that the existing sewerage for the area was inadequate to deal with a development of this scale. This reflected the ban sought by the National Rivers Authority on all development which would include discharge into the sea. The applicant appealed. The inspector overturned the decision in their favour on the grounds that the amount of discharge from six dwellings was not enough to put an additional strain on the system. The council appealed but this failed. | ||
