520 _aLT 18 February 1993. Concerned a rating assessment of a beach hut occupied by M under licence. In 1990 M made two appeals to a Tribunal for reduction on the grounds that assessment was `incorrect, excessive and unfair` and because of disturbance by a voluntary life saving unit. RV determined at £160. R appealed to LT seeking a reduction to £74 rv in respect of first appeal and a further reduction of 25% in respect to the second appeal. Held, on the first rv determined at £74; the second, assessment reduced by a further 10% to take account of nuisance from the activities of the life-saving unit.
