_v8 July 1993, 31(1)
520 _a"Taylor v Courage Ltd" CA 29 June 1993 concerned entitlement to protection under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 part II. The landlord (C) disputed T`s right since the premises were licensed premises. When T took on the premises it was a traditional public house, but subsequent alteration meant it now included a restaurant for pre-booked tables in addition to bar food. Held that T provided the facilities of a restaurant when the premises were viewed overall and was entitled to protection under the 1954 act.
