Before distress was levied a payment was made reducing the bill to £7,385. B then removed equipment and vehicles worth £46,340 according to S. County Court proceedings were instigated by S claiming excess levy of distress and damage to property, also a director of S claimed personal injury. The County Court issued an injunction restraining the sale of the goods by B and ordering them made available for collection by S. B appealed. Appeal dismissed. | ||
