520 _aCA 9 February 1993. An appeal on construction of the clause relating to the appointment of an arbitrator in a rent review on premises trading as a restaurant in Great Yarmouth. Dispute over the meaning of the words `the next said review date or the expiration of the term`. Appellant tenant interpreted the words as meaning the commencement of the period for which the rent review is to operate whilst the landlords supports the theory that it should be the end of the period. HC decision upheld accepting the landlord`s argument that he was entitled to wait until the end of the rent review period before appointing an expert. Appeal dismissed.
