520			_aCA 6 July 1994. Appeal by S for an extension of time under Limitation Act 1980 s14A. In 1984 the defendant H carried out a mortgage valuation report of S`s house. In 1988 S discovered that the house was of `Woolaway` construction` which had not been noted in the 1984 report. In 1991, S issued a writ alleging negligence againt H. Key issue of appeal is whether on or before 28 June 1988, S had the knowledge required to start time running against them for the purposes of s14A of 1980 Act. CA upheld CC ruling applying the three-year rule. Appeal dismissed.
