520 _a"Challock Parish Council v Shirley and others" ChD 12 October 1994. Disputed rights of access over a verge in 1988 were settled by consent order. Para 8 of the order required S to pay a percentage of the difference in value when the subject land was developed as in "Stokes v Cambridge". In 1993 the land was sold for development and S sought judicial definition of development gain for the purposes of para 8. Held that the serviced plot basis of valuation be adjusted.
