520 _a"Green and another v Carter" CA 1 February 1994 questioned whether a restrictive covenant, that lower apartment of a property should be used as a single private residence, applied to outbuildings which the appellant wanted to develop. Held that outbuildings such as the games and laundry rooms intended for domestic use were covered by the covenant; others such as the stable designed for non-domestic use did not. Right of way to stable block determined.
