520 _a"Northern Electric Plc v Addison" CA 12 June 1997. Lease of small plot of land granted to an electricity company for a substation and no other use permitted. No provision for rent review. Landlord served notice on tenant an application for a new tenancy would not be opposed. Judge fixed a new rent under 1954 Act. Landlord`s appeal that the judge failed to take into account the expense and inconvenience a tenant would be put to if obliged to relocate. Appeal dismissed.
