520 _aIn the final article in this series on the nomination of subcontractors , the author looks at the effect of nomination on the allocation of risk between contractor and client and the need to limit the number of nominated subcontractors on a project. Concludes that many clients are becoming less willing to accept the traditional method of building procurement , of which nomination is one important facet, and predicts that the future use of nomination is likely to diminish.
