The council (S) sought compulsory purchase, offering alternative housing, with compensation for extinguishment of business at £89,000. S contended however that B had not availed themselves of every opportunity to reasonably relocate the business. S brought to B`s attention such opportunities, but B did not want to move to another area. "Held" compensation payable at the sum agreed.
