Following appointment of a receiver by the bank, the dairy herd was sold. B took possession of the holding and had milk quota registered in its name. B entered into leases of the quota and received an amount of money. The holding was sold. H`s claims to sums received from leasing the quota and sales was dismissed in the court below. H appealed.
