520 _aChD 10 April 1987 Preliminary point raised by tenants as to whether the landlords had demonstrated their intention to demolish or reconstruct the premises comprised in the holding ... and that they could not reasonably do so without obtaining possession of the holding. The landlord had served a notice determining the lease and stating that they would oppose the grant of a new tenancy on the ground mentioned in Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 s30(1)(f) . ChD referred to evidence given on behalf of the landlords as to planning permission and their scheme to develop the site. There had been certain changes in circumstances and a revision of the original planning permission, but at the date of the hearing the planning permission, the details of the development scheme and the availability of finance had been satisfactorily demonstrated. It had also been shown that the carrying out of the proposed works called for total demolition of the existing properties. Questions raised by the tenants as
