| 520 | _aLT 17 March 1987. An appeal by the valuation officer from a decision of the lvc, which reduced the assessment of the ratepayers home from 376gv, 287rv, to a nominal 1gv, 1rv. The premises in question was a semi-detached house and garage next to a house established as a club by a local group of Hell`s Angels in Windsor. In considering the evidence, the judge was not persuaded by the VO that the lvc had reached a wrong decision. The ratepayers had suffered excessive hardship and a hypothetical tenant would not be prepared to rent the appeal premises. Appeal dismissed. | ||
