520 _aHL 23 November 1995. Tenant had security of tenure of enclosed market hall. Tenant provided facilities and services, and fitted the hall with stalls let to individual stallholders. The landlord opposed the tenant`s application for new tenancy. The tenant appealed against the decision that they did not occupy the market hall for the purposes of its business. Appeal was allowed on the grounds that the tenant had protection of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and that the holding consisted of the entire premises.
