The appeal was settled by agreement in July 1991 at RV £3,450 but the description of the property was inadvertently entered into the list as `shop and premises`. W appealed. The valuation tribunal determined the entry as `shop and premises (part)` RV £3,240 effective from 1 April 1990. W appealed, seeking a reduction in RV to £1,725, on the basis that the limited access to the wc restricted lettability, and justified a larger discount than proposed by the VO. Appeal dismissed.
