520 _aAdjudication procedures under Construction Act 1996 do not comply with the Human Rights Act 1998 which implements the European Convention on Human Rights in Britain. The convention requires: a hearing that takes place in public, an independent adjudicator, and public pronouncement of the judgement. Speed of the adjudication procedure could also be a problem.
