520 _aIn a package of proposed Scottish land and property law reforms, Labour will introduce 'seller surveys' to reduce the burden on homebuyers. Under the scheme, those selling homes will be responsible for organising the survey of the property, thus removing the financial cost for prospective homebuyers having to pay for multiple surveys, one for every property viewed.
