Concerns the extent of the landlords right under appellants leases to direct insurance of property and liability of tenants to pay for such insurance. Further considers the effects on these rights and liabilities of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, (as amended by the Landlord and tenant Act 1987). Upheld decision that insurance rates charged by S`s insurance company Commercial Union were market rates and were neither unreasonable nor excessive. Appeal dismissed.
