| 520 | _aCA 31 March 1999. In 1965 H was the sole beneficiary of a farm when her husband died intestate. H lived there with her son until she died in 1983, also intestate. The son married and died in 1995, bequeathing his entire estate to her. His three sisters, claimed they were entitled to a quarter each of the sale of the farm. The defendant H claimed that the son and subsequently herself had been in possession of the farm since the death of his mother in 1983. The judge dismissed H's claim. Held, appeal dismissed. | ||
