Notice sought to acquire the freehold for £7000 specifying a date for serving a counternotice by 13 October 1998. G failed to serve counternotice in accordance with s21 of the 1993 Act. Following an application by the nominee tenant W for an order to determine the terms of the acquistion in accordance with s25 the CC held that G was not entitled to challenge the acquisiton terms. G appealed. Appeal dismissed. | ||
