It applies to all disputes within the Tribunal's jurisdiction except compulsory purchase matters. The procedure is intended to be attractive to small cases but one recent decision is cited "Sharp v Griffiths (VO) (1999) RA 265 which showed that use of this simplified procedure is not limited to minor disputes of fact. | ||
