In this latest dispute, a couple were sent a bill for commission by FPD Savills even though the property wasn't sold. FPD Savills claim that the couple had withdrawn from several sales and demanded a price rise on a couple of occasions. They claim they had found a willing buyer and were therefore entitled to the fees.
