| 520 | _aCA 25 February 2000. Local planning authority served a listed building notice alleging a breach of listed building control in respect of a stable block lying within the curtilage of a Grade II listed hotel. The stable block was almost certainly designed by the same architect as the main building but had never been listed. Lessees appeal dismissed by SoS who concluded that the stable block was within the curtilage. Appeal judge held that the curtilage was only a small area about a building and that the SoS had erred. SoS appealed. Appeal allowed. | ||
