520 _aLT 30 August 1995. An appeal against a description of a property in the rating list. The property was a detached house used partly for business purposes and described as `offices and premises (part)`. The ratepayer appealed claiming the property was wholly domestic as there was no separate access for business use and no rooms were used exclusively for business. Appeal dismissed on the grounds that the property had a separate dedicated telephone listed in the `Accountants` section of yellow pages, two rooms were dedicated to the business and two members of staff were employed who worked in the house.
