Moreover, findings suggest consumption is increasing by 3.7% pa, and the energy intensity of services in this sector has worsened. Describes some of the issues and problems identified in the report. The ACE is calling for legislation to force freeholders of commercial property to conduct regular energy audits, and to bring efficiency up to acceptable standards. Table.
