520 _a"Habermann v Koehler and another" CA 8 November 2000. The appellants, who occupied a property under oral agreement with an option to purchase, sought to overturn the judgment that the respondent was entitled to possession after the owner had transferred the freehold of the property in satisfaction of a debt secured on it. K contended that, under the Land Registration Act 1925 s70(1)(g), the option to purchase granted to them was binding on H as a successor in title. Appeal dismissed.
