490 _aRICS Press Release
_v(pr139) 6 December 2000, (2)
520 _aThe RICS has welcomed a bill, introduced in the Queen's speech, which promises to ease the process of buying and selling homes in England and Wales. This represents an important step forward in the house buying reform process. The RICS particularly welcomes the inclusion of a home condition report in the contents of the proposed pack. However, it is disappointed at the absence of any proposals to reform leasehold and commonhold.
