520 _aGives an overview of the Human Rights Act 1998 (HRA 98). Looks at how the HRA 98 will affect dispute resolution in the construction industry. Examines what the HRA 98 will require in terms of dispute resolution methods in the context of current practice. Concludes that the trend to resolve disputes efficiently will continue through forms such as adjudication, and that if parties are well prepared HRA 98 should not prove disruptive to dispute resolution.
