Much of the farmland at Lower Farm, Noke, Oxfordshire has been sold whilst the remainder has been converted into wetlands under the government Environmentally Sensitive Area (ESA) scheme. Farm buildings have also been converted into holiday cottages and business units providing an additional source of income.
