520 _aConsiders the issues of nuisance and liability that can arise in the light of "Wandsworth LBC v Railtrack plc" [2001] EGCS 104 where it was held that public nuisance can arise out of inconvenience as well as actual damage and that an occupier of land may be liable for the activities of wild creatures, in this case pigeons roosting on the underside of a railway bridge. Concludes that, in such circumstances, once landowners are aware that a nuisance exists they are under a duty to take reasonable steps to abate it.
