520			_aRegistered social landlords have called for supported housing to be exempted from rent restructuring. They argue that the Housing Corporation has failed to take into account the higher costs involved in providing specialist supported housing. For instance, landlord's schemes for adults with learning difficulties are often built to high specifications, with higher than usual space standards. The National Housing Federation has warned that the private sector will step in, if RSLs are unable to continue.
