| 520 | _aReviews the first standard form of project partnering contract, PPC 2000, which aims to ensure that both the project team and process are fully integrated in order to achieve the reforms set out in "Rethinking construction". The contract is signed by the client, the constructor, all consultants appointed by the client and certain specialists appointed by the constructor breaking down the barriers created in traditional two party forms of agreement and covers the entire project from conception to completion. PPC allows risk sharing between project partners and encourages key individuals to work together to resolve disputes before referring them to the ACA conciliation procedure. | ||
