520 _aThe South East of England Development Agency (SEEDA) is establishing a brownfield land assembly trust to help local councils compulsorily purchase difficult land to redevelop. The trust will help fund the purchase of sites, and claim back money once they are sold for redevelopment. The majority of sites are expected to be used for affordable housing.
