The tenant's solicitor sought confirmation of whether any application would be opposed. L served a third notice (C) clarifying that any application would be opposed. Judge held that notice C was the valid notice. The tenant appealed. CA upheld CC's decision that C was the only valid notice. Appeal dismissed.
