Only 35% of property firms employ a marketing specialist, in comparison with 50% of accounting and legal companies. Surveying firms were also found to employ the least qualified marketing staff. Suggests this is largely due to a lack of knowledge of what marketing involves and can achieve. With the City recognising the growing importance of marketing urges property firms to follow suit and appoint marketing specialists to their boards. | ||
