| 520 | _aDetails the main responses of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) to the draft revision of PPG 17: "Sport, open space and recreation". Overall the RTPI welcomes the consultation on the draft, which it feels rightly stresses the importance of locating facilities on sites that are accessible other than by car. However, it is also critical of a number of aspects of the draft revision. For instance, it feels that the draft PPG needs to be more consistent in referring to formal and informal facilities, which range tremendously in scale and importance. The RTPI's full response can be obtained from: Phillippa Millbrook, Public Affairs. Email: [email protected] | ||
