520 _aGovernment has issued new guidance to help social landlords respond to tenants who display anti-social behaviour or refuse rent payments. The guidance advises local authorities how to seek possession and includes new remand and bail provisions for Housing Act injunctions against anti-social behaviour, which come into force on 15 October 2001.
