The "Global Industrial and Office Rents Survey" shows that although occupational costs fell 9% in the past six months, prime space still costs $145.98 per sq ft (£102.50 per sq ft). Hong Kong has the second most expensive office space at $122.33 (£85.80) per sq ft. The cheapest office locations of the 58 surveyed were Lille, Strasbourg and Kuala Lumpur.
