520 _aThe Court of Appeal has recently ruled in "Braymist Ltd v Wise Finance Co Ltd" (2002) that a developer is not entitled to withdraw from an agreement for the purchase of land. The main points being that a person who contracts for a company not yet incorporated has rights as well as liabilities on that contract, and that such a person's signature is enough to validate a sale of land.
