520 _aSecond Division 22 May 1987. During an arbitration between the main contractors and subcontractors on a building contract a plea by the main contractors to halt the arbitration pending the outcome of another arbitration between the main contractors and the employers, was sustained. The subcontractors appealed against this and it was held that the original arbitration should proceed. However after further talks the main contractor again halted the arbitration and the subcontractors reappealed and the appeal was again allowed.
