The "redendum" provided for the rents payable during the first and second 40 years of the term. The issue that arose was in establishing the date of the first rent review and the identification of the 'said term'. At arbitration, it was found that the said term commenced on 21 December 2002. The appellant appealed. "Held" the appeal was allowed.
