RICS has extended its original research by developing the toolkit to help in the practical setting up of TDAs. TDAs have caught on with government and the South East England Regional Assembly's (SEERA) draft Regional Transport Strategy may well contain positive references to TDAs. Success of TDA's is also continuing outside the UK with the EC keen to discuss a European version. TDAs are a success story for RICS staff and members and promote the role of the chartered surveyor.
